How do I get matched to work in my local area?
How it works
a) Individual seniors, retirement facilities and many elder care organizations all over Canada and the United States contact us in need of people to provide help and assistance. This is called a Service Request.
b) We then match the Service Request to approved local people in our network who have agreed to provide the type of service that is being requested.
c) The Service Request Assignment is then presented to the chosen Service Provider and arrangements are then made for the work to be done.
d) Once the work is completed the Service provider is paid directly by Soft Touch Senior Services for the work.
Note: The length and hours for each assignment varies depending on the needs of the client. Some assignments can be one time or only a few hours while others can be daily, weekly, monthly, permanent full time or part time.
