We always try to match the best person with you, your needs and what you want. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, simply let us know and we will send you someone better.

Can I get financial help to pay for your services?

Yes, in some cases that maybe possible. During our free Needs Consultation we will help you identify what financial assistance maybe available for you.

How do I know that I am safe with your people?

All our services are provided by Trained and Trusted professionals. Our Care Assistants are kind, compassionate and reliable. Every Service Provider and Care Assistant is subject to a criminal background check, a thorough interview, a competency test and personal and employment reference checks. This process ensures that we only provide you with People You Can Trust.

Who needs home care?

Any elderly person who requires help, companionship or assistance with any of their life needs.

Who pays the Service Provider or Care Assistant?

We are responsible for paying the Service Providers and Care Assistants. You are sent an invoice for the services that you use and you make your payment directly to Us.
